Ashish is a PhD student in neuroscience within the NeuroSchool program at AMU. His research is focused on neural dynamics underlying prospective motor control. He obtained his Master’s degree from IIT Gandhinagar where he studied the role of sensorimotor beta oscillations in movement planning and execution, followed by a research fellowship at IIT Jodhpur where he investigated the central autonomic mechanisms involved in proactive control. For fun, he reads novels, drives cars, or tries out new Linux distros.
